Tiree Court, Milton Keynes, MK3

Why buy this home…. As you walk into the entrance hall of this stunning three bedroom home you get the feeling of space due to its traditional layout. To the left of the hallway, you have a large living area that offers itself to a multitude of ways to set your furniture out. There's also access to the garden from the double doors. The garden has a patio area that has recently been extended to give you more room for outside dining, as well as a lawn and side access to the driveway. To the right of the hallway, you have the heart of the home, the kitchen/diner. This is finished with high gloss cupboards and ash grey worktops adding to the stylish modern look. Tiles have also been added around the kitchen helping with any splash backs from cooking and wear and tear. Integrated appliances consist of a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and oven with gas cooker top. The room is designed to have the dining table next to the double doors which brings lots of light and makes for a lovely area to relax and spend time with family and friends. As you walk up the stairs you are greeted with a galleried landing which is a lovely feature. The master bedroom has a two built-in wardrobe and private ensuite that is tiled, and has a double shower. The third bedroom is directly across the landing from the master bedroom and would be a great place for the youngest child however this could easily be used as a home office like the current owner has chosen to do. The second bedroom is toward the front of the house and would comfortably fit a double bed while leaving enough room for a wardrobe and draws. These two bedrooms are served by the family bathroom which has a deep bath and half tiles in a neutral colour. Parking is provided by a driveway that would comfortably fit two cars r. There is also ample community parking available. More about the location..... For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown. Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham. In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
