The reason why I wanted to join Lion Estates was because I loved the way that Dominic sold my best friend's home. I loved the style of marketing, the detail he went to and what Lion Estates stands for. Honest, open transparency and actually helping someone move rather than just selling their home.

I accompanied my friend on completion day to meet Dominic at Nonna's in Woburn Sands to hand over the keys, and he turned up with a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Rose Champagne in a rose gold birdcage and I thought, WOW! Talk about going the extra mile! From then on I knew I wanted to be part of Lion Estates.

At this point in my life I was looking for a career change. I wasn't looking for a regular 9-5 corporate job like I had for the last 20 years. I wanted something different, fun and exciting. Something I can call my own. Being part of the Lion Estates team means I'm not tied to an office -something I'd never really had before. It's important for me to have flexibility so I can give my clients my all.

Growing up in Milton Keynes I've seen it change to the dynamic ciity that it is today. It's a great place and I always said this to colleagues when I worked in London. I would educate people on Milton Keynes and explain to them how great it is for families, business professionals, really just everyone - what can I say, I'm an advocate! That passion makes me the ideal person to sell your home, as a lot of buyers relocate to Milton Keynes and need educating on the nuances between areas.

I can tell you there's nothing like handing over keys to a buyer and seeing how excited they are, or helping my sellers prep their homes for marketing. Whether it be project managing a renovation or helping with staging, I love helping clients maximise the value of their home.
