Scott Donovan — trusted estate agent in Croydon

My name is Scott Donovan, I have called Forestdale my home for over 12.5 years now and over 42 years being part of the wide community of Croydon.

I'm your local property expert, helping those looking to sell, buy or with their renting needs within our community. I've been assisting home movers on their journey for nearly 3 years now as a business owner and many more within the property industry!

I believe Croydon has so much to offer and with so many people calling it home, I truly believe as a community we could do even more. After last year's amazing success of our 'Pumpkin Carving Competition' that we held in Forestdale, it's made me believe that more events/activities can be done to bring the wider community together even more.

I would like more people to experience what Croydon has offered us over the years. If you or you know someone that needs my assistance in Forestdale, Selsdon, New Addington, Sanderstead, Warlingham and the whole Croydon borough with their property needs then please do reach out to me.
