With nearly 30 years’ experience in the property industry, my career began in estate agency in 1997, based in Liverpool city centre at the very start of its regeneration and growth. Operating in a rapidly expanding market, I achieved a 97% success rate in securing instructions, quickly establishing a strong reputation and flourishing within the marketplace.

Building on this success, I went on to establish serviced apartments in both Liverpool and Manchester city centres, becoming one of the first serviced accommodation operators outside of London. I played an active role in educating the market, achieving 4-star Tourist Board standards and helping to professionalise the sector at an early stage.

I later progressed into full-spectrum property management, developing extensive expertise across residential, retail, office, commercial, and industrial assets. This naturally evolved into handling sales, lettings, and full management services, providing end-to-end solutions for property owners and investors.

In recent years, I have expanded further into land and property portfolios, sourcing and managing both on- and off-market opportunities for investors.
