Starting up my own company has never been a matter of if with me, but when. I am now the fourth generation to continue the family’s tradition of starting and running my own property company.
With the strong heritage of real estate within the family, growing up my summers were spent on building sites and building houses and apartments as well as meeting architects and tenants. At the age of 12 I did my first viewing which I had to cycle to!
When university came I studied Real Estate Management, a RISC backed degree, at Oxford Brookes. Thereafter my professional career has mainly been in residential lettings in various forms. Between 2013 and 2019 I worked at Savills and ran three teams during my time there. My final role in Savills was running the Oxfordshire and Cotswold Lettings team and I was extremely proud of the results myself and the team achieved having increased the revenue by 260% within just 3 years.
My company’s focus is on residential lettings and project management as well as dealing with our own maintenance to ensure that we deliver clients a complete service for all of their property needs.
