Marion Pearson — trusted estate agent in Sawbridgeworth

Hello and welcome, I’m Marion and I would like to introduce myself! I've been a Branch Manager and Valuer for 12 years, 7 of those years in and around Sawbridgeworth for Intercounty Estate Agents. I am also a fully qualified mortgage broker experienced in helping first time buyers, home movers, buy to let landlords, those that have less than perfect credit files, new build purchases, shared ownership and debt consolidation. We first moved to Sawbridgeworth in January 2016, my children have attended both Reedings and Leventhorpe Schools and we have all loved the area and the community. When I'm not assisting my clients, you can find me on the water whether it's in a kayak, dinghy or sailboat, we all climb mountains and hike as a family and partial to a bit of Top golf! I believe that an estate agency and mortgage brokerage should be built on giving the right advice, with integrity, transparency and professionalism at its heart.
