Marc Rayner — trusted estate agent in Bedford

Hi, my name is Marc Rayner, please call me Marc!

I am a property professional. Seventeen years ago I began working a career of helping people buy their ideal property. This began with an estate-agents in Ampthill when living in Flitwick, moving on to new-home sales and more recently in the luxury end of private retirement property. This means I have helped people buy (or rent) everything from new homes on building sites to Grade 1 listed cottages which were new homes to people 600 years ago. My customers have been everything from first time renters or buyers to those who tell me this will be their last ever home. I know how important every home is. I know how exciting it can be, how complicated, how frustrating and if things don’t go smoothly, how stressful the whole thing can become.

This is why I decided to start my own business, not to work for a company that was more interested in construction than customers or profits than people. I have always made my customers my priority and now I have the flexibility to understand what is important to you, and then to provide the best personal service, care, and attention to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable journey to your new home.

I have always respected Keller Williams as the only people I know who genuinely share this vison and provide the support and structure to make it possible. It’s more than just words. So, whether you are buying or selling, looking for a home you can rent, or to rent out a property you already own, I am ready to help.

Why me?
This has always been more than just a job for me. I take your satisfaction seriously and I care whether you are happy. Yes, it sounds like a cliché and it’s easy to say but people in this business who want to care aren’t always allowed to give their customers the time and attention they deserve. And then there are the greedy ones who say they care but are only interested in the money.

You have my personal promise.

1. I will work tirelessly on your behalf to make your property dream come true
2. We will communicate as often as you want. I’ll let you know what’s going on (even if nothing much is happening). I will return your calls and emails and answer all your question
3. You will get the truth from me at every stage
4. You can rely on me to make it happen. I will work closely with all parties to get the right result for you. If buttons need pressing, I’ll press them!
5. YOU are the customer. YOU come first

I am a family man, I’m a dad, my daughter has become my daily driver to succeed in all that I do, my wish is she will be proud to shout from the rooftops that I am her dad.
People matter to me. My values are honesty, hard work and happiness. Let me make you happy. When you’re happy I’m happy! Happy and proud.
