Hello! I’m John (Jonny) Dale – a friendly, personal, helpful, independent estate agent, and someone who genuinely loves helping people make great moves.

I truly believe moving home should feel exciting—not stressful. That’s why I take the time to really get to know what matters most to you, offering a personal service that’s built around your goals, your pace, and what’s right for you (not sales targets!).

Since 1998, I’ve been helping people move with confidence, care, and a genuine passion for making the whole experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of buyers and sellers. Whether everything goes perfectly to plan or a few challenges pop up along the way, I’m there for my clients every step of the journey. That hands-on, personal approach is what’s led to so many kind recommendations and loyal clients who come back to me time and time again.

After many years working in both independent and corporate estate agencies, I knew I wanted to offer something more personal—something that truly puts people first. That’s exactly what I bring to every move I’m part of.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, getting involved and volunteering in local community events, and being a proud member of the Lancing Football Club committee.

You’ll often find me cheering Teddi on the weekends or heading out for a run.

Running has become something very personal to me—not just for the challenge, but as a way to give back and support causes that mean a great deal to me following some difficult moments in my life, including my brain tumour removal in 2014, heart operation in 2025, Teddi’s Autism diagnosis in 2018, and the loss of close family members in recent years.

I’ve been proud to raise money for charities including Cancer Research UK, Brain Research UK, CLIC Sargent, the National Autistic Society, The Children’s Trust, Guild Care, Electric Youth Storm, and Andy’s Angels—each one holding a special place in my heart.

For me, it’s never just about property—it’s about people, community, and being there when it matters most, making the whole journey feel as positive, supported, and smooth as possible.
