My background in HR leadership roles shaped the way I work today. I spent years helping people navigate complex decisions, uncertainty and change, often by helping them see their situation more clearly. Those same skills now sit at the heart of how I manage every home sale.
I live and work here in Locks Heath. My family’s life has been built around this area - the schools, the shops, the coffee stops, the walks, the familiar roads and the community around them. Because this area is home to me too, I understand the local market, the buyers moving here and what matters to families living here.
