I am what I would describe as a man of a slightly more mature vintage!

Now I realize the above possibly sounds like the first line of a dating website profile but it is an indicator towards a vitally important aspect to think about when choosing an Agent to look after what is quite possibly your most valuable asset…your home. That is…your Agents experience.

With regards to myself specifically I have not only substantial, expert experience in the property industry as well as a variety of other commercial roles but also experience in life itself and the variety of different situations, good and sometimes not so good, that it brings. The benefit of this to you is you get someone working for you with a broad range of experience both professionally and personally.

In property my experience spans nearly two decades including over ten years as an Estate Agent across the whole of Elmbridge. I started as a Sales Negotiator, have been a Valuer and subsequently a Branch Manager running several Estate Agency businesses. Allied to this I also have a wealth of local knowledge both from living and working in the area.

I have now chosen to set up my own independently owned bespoke Estate Agency business in conjunction with Keller Williams, who are the largest Real Estate Agency business in the world, to provide an outstanding service to my clients.

In my opinion selling or renting out a property involves a lot more than simply professional photos, marketing on all the major portals, utilizing the latest marketing strategies and having access to a worldwide network of associated property professionals…all things that I have as strings to my bow through my association with Keller Williams.

It also involves being able to really understand all the things around moving home from your perspective as my clients, the processes involved in getting a transaction through to completion once an offer is agreed and working to protect your interests as much as I can. All of this I can offer to you.

Good communication is key and I will be with you from the start of the process to the finish. With my industry and life experience I believe I am ideally suited to look after you and help your moving experience be an enjoyable and ultimately successful one.
