I’m Elmien Schutte, a property agent based in Gidea Park, empowered by Keller Williams.  Before moving into real estate in the UK, I was involved in property lettings in South Africa and tutoring.

Both roles centred around working closely with people, understanding their needs, and guiding them through important decisions, something I bring into my work in property today.

My decision to enter the property industry came from personal experience. As a buyer myself, I experienced how frustrating and impersonal the process can feel. I wanted to be part of changing that by offering a more supportive and transparent experience, where clients feel informed, understood, and confident every step of the way.  I bring a fresh perspective to estate agency in the UK, with a strong commitment to doing things properly.

I take the time to listen, communicate clearly, and keep things moving, so you’re never left unsure about what’s happening next. My aim is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible while building a relationship you can rely on.

My decision to be part of the Keller Williams team grew out of their reputation for world-class training, strong support network, and focus on delivering the highest level of service. It allows me to combine proven systems with a personal, hands-on approach for every client I work with.

Outside of work, I value family time, enjoy gardening, and take part in local park runs, helping me stay connected to the community I serve.
