Why I Joined Keller Williams - Ugo Arinzeh

Her story

Ugo Arinzeh joined Keller Williams in May 2016. Ugo began her career in real estate investment at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York, before moving to London to work for an international architecture practice. After deciding to set up her own business as an independent real estate adviser, Ugo established her full service property consultancy, Onyx.

Ugo first heard about Keller Williams through a friend’s referral and was instantly attracted to the prospect of joining an international network that could strengthen her own business, and provide the support and guidance that would help her to grow her new company.

Ugo comments, "I was determined to create a successful property consultancy – I had great contacts, the expertise and the drive. But what I didn’t have was a global network of agents to collaborate with or clear-cut guidance on how to sharpen my operation and generate more leads. Keller Williams was an opportunity to turbo-charge my business and focus on the strategies that work, alongside a community of like-minded people who are doing the same."

"Keller Williams has helped me to set clear goals, and has allowed me to strengthen my brand through cost-effective marketing and access to a great new office space in Berkley Square. Although I am a self-motivated person, I really value being able to share resources and perspectives with others like me because it strengthens my resolve and helps me to achieve my goals."

"I love the community of Keller Williams – the Mega Relief event in Texas following Hurricane Harvey was an incredibly powerful symbol of the culture of this company. Here in the UK I have a lot of support from my fellow Keller Williams agents for my own charity, The Onyx Dining Club, which supports girls from disadvantaged backgrounds with their education. For me, Keller Williams is so much more than an estate agent. It is a community, a pathway to success and a lifestyle that works for agents."
