Maidenhead is fast becoming one of the south-east’s most sought-after towns.  Transport links are excellent, schools are highly regarded and there are shops, restaurants, golf courses and health clubs nearby.

 

There is easy access to the A404 and M4, (Junction 8/9), linking directly to the M25 and the A404(M)/M40.   Getting to London is straightforward with Maidenhead station under a mile away providing direct links to Paddington.  From 2019 the new Crossrail service will offer four trains an hour direct to central London. Journey times to Bond Street will be 41 mins, Liverpool Street 48 mins and Canary Wharf 55 mins.

 

There’s fabulous shopping in nearby Marlow or Windsor with its lovely boutique stores, and high street stores aplenty including a Waitrose in Maidenhead.

 

The Thames Valley has some beautiful country walks, and golfers can choose from lots of great clubs in the area including Maidenhead Golf Club, Temple and Winter Hill.   There’s loads going on for kids too, from Windsor Leisure Centre with its sports facilities and waterslides, to the Look Out Discovery Centre set in acres of stunning forest and of course, Legoland!
